The housing crisis in California is real, and it's personal. We've seen what happens when people are left without stable housing — jobs fall through, families break apart, health deteriorates. Stayhaven Homes was created as a direct response.
Stayhaven Homes was founded with a simple belief: housing is the foundation that makes everything else possible. When people have a clean, secure, affordable place to rest their head, they're able to move forward — with their recovery, their careers, their families, and their lives.
We operate multiple residential properties across Modesto, CA, each maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and community.

Four Homes Across Modesto
Stayhaven operates four residential properties — each a clean, furnished, utilities-included home with shared common spaces. Tours are available daily from 10 AM to 1 PM.
