1. Services
StayHaven Homes provides shared housing in Modesto, CA. Room availability, pricing, and eligibility requirements are subject to change. Pricing starts at $800/mo for shared beds and $1,025/mo for private rooms, utilities and furnishings included.
2. SMS Consent
By submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from StayHaven Homes. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opting out may affect our ability to communicate important housing information with you.
3. No Guarantee of Availability
Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a tour does not guarantee housing placement. All placements are subject to availability and eligibility.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries. Providing false information may disqualify you from housing consideration.
